Anthracite Horizontal Designer Radiator By Scudo

The Scudo Anthracite designer horizontal radiator is a perfect design to have as the statement feature of your room. This unique radiator is a traditional design with added class to present a modern feel.

The Scudo radiator is manufactured from Steel with outputs from 3,500 to 6,500 BTU/hr, see technical TAB. The radiator is also designed to be floor or wall mounted. Matching steel feet are available as an additional extra.

The standard height of the radiator is 600mm and the widths available are: 650, 830, 1010 and 1190mm.

FAQs

Will this radiator work with microbore pipework?

Yes both 8 & 10mm microbore pipework is suitable for this radiator. You will need to purchase the microbore adapter for the radiator valves!

What are the pipe centres?

The pipe centres are the width of the radiator plus 90mm, please see Technical TAB for more details.

What size radiator do i need for a small room?

A general rule of thumb you will need 90watts per meter square, see Technical TAB for more information

What output are these radiators calculated on?

The standard for UK Delta 50C

Can this radiator be installed on stud walls?

Yes, using the correct stud wall fixings. Due to the weight of this steel radiator we would always recommend using the matching steel feet when fixing to a stud wall to take the majority of the load!

What type of valves do i need for this radiator, straight, angled or corner?

If your pipes are coming from through the wall then you may need corner valves. If your pipes are supplied from the floor you will need angled valves. Straight valves should not be required due to the collectors being at the sides The valves should be 1/2" BSP standard fittings

Delivery & Returns

Delivery Charges
All deliveries have a standard charge of £8.50 + VAT up to 20kg. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only*). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery*

Extra Charges
Where the weight is over 20kg we reserve the right to charge more dependent on product type and delivery postcode, our customer service team will be in touch and inform you of any extra charges before we despatch.

Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Working Day - these products will be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4:00 pm. Please call if you require a Next Working Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.

Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in the desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.
