To maximise savings without affecting your comfort, it is not simply a matter of turning the heating on and off, but of setting the desired temperature for each time and room throughout the week. The 4 x pre-set programs include the following:
Regular Lifestyle (A1) The heating runs after you leave for work in ECO mode and switches to COMFORT mode when you return home. Split Shift (A2) Designed for workers who work shifts or at different times of day.
House Life (A3) The heating system keeps the temperature of the house stable throughout the day. Shops & Office (A4) Designed for shops or offices where heating is needed throughout the working day

Do Rointe electric radiators come with a remote?
They do not come with remotes, but they can be purchased separately. The large LED screen is user friendly very easy to use
Do i need to purchase the remote control with the radiator?
No its not necessary you can easily use and program the panel heater manually.
Which size radiator do I need?
We have made this is very easy to choose; when you select a radiator from the drop-down bar the radiator will advise the room size it will heat up to comfortably Alternatively see the technical pages for more information.
Can this heater be installed in any room?
The Rointe is rated IP21 suited for bedrooms, kitchens, dining rooms etc but not suitable for wet rooms.

What side is the power cable fitted?
When the heater is fitted to the wall the power cable would be on the bottom right hand corner as you look at it. The cable is 1.6 m in length

The front panel has a steady surface temperature of 43C
Do Rointe radiators have child locks?
Yes the radiators all have child locks on the settings panel and the remote control
Delivery Charges All deliveries have a standard charge of £8.50 + VAT up to 20kg. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only*). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery*
Extra Charges Where the weight is over 20kg we reserve the right to charge more dependent on product type and delivery postcode, our customer service team will be in touch and inform you of any extra charges before we despatch.
Delivery Times All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Working Day - these products will be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4:00 pm. Please call if you require a Next Working Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.
Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in the desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.
