Waterproof device with two LED spotlights and elegant glass cover for indoor and outdoor use. Suitable for the extension of our RELAX GLASS heater series.

Relax Glass is waterproof IP65 and powerful infrared long-wave heaters offer powerful warmth in all indoor and protected outdoor areas.

Supplies the circulating air evenly with warmth without any light effects. The flat, linear design in black fits elegant and discreet into any ambience.

Simple elegance and high functionality offer a variety of applications in private and commercial indoor environments.

Please note: If used in outside areas, only absolutely wind-free areas are suitable for outdoor efficiency!

FAQs

Can this heater be installed vertically?

The radiator must never be installed in the upward or inward position; the heating surface must always be positioned so that the heat is directed downwards or outwards and in the horizontal position.

How noisy is this heater?

The infrared heater is completely silent in operation with no visible light emitted!

Can you use an extension cord with this heater?

No a bipolar switch or a bipolar circuit breaker with contact opening distance of at least 3mm must be fitted upstream from the supply line. Contact an authorized service technician if you are unsure if you have a switch or a circuit breaker installed on the premises.

Is the heater easy to install on the wall?

The infrared panel heater comes with a pair of stainless steel adjustable angle mounting brackets. The adjustable angle enables the heater to be installed on horizontal and inclined surfaces, all fixings are supplied for an easy installation!

How do you clean this heater?

The appliance must be allowed to cool down first, then wipe off any dust with a damp soft rag!

What is the length of the power cable?

The Cable is 1.90m in length 3-wire, 1.5 mm

Can anyone install this heater?

The installation should always be carried out by a qualified electrician or a competent person in accordance with the current electrical standards for United Kingdom, IEC 60445 (2010) & ET101:2008!. Please note: An overvoltage category III Combined Circuit breaker and Residual Current Device (RCD) with rated earth leakage operation not exceeding 30mA must be fitted upstream on the supply line in order to have a contact separation in all poles that provide a full disconnection.

Can this heater be installed outside?

Yes it is waterproof rated @ IP55, however if used directly in outside spaces only absolutely wind-free areas are suitable for outdoor efficiency!

Delivery Charges
All deliveries have a standard charge of £8.50 + VAT up to 20kg. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only*). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery*

Extra Charges
Where the weight is over 20kg we reserve the right to charge more dependent on product type and delivery postcode, our customer service team will be in touch and inform you of any extra charges before we despatch.

Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Working Day - these products will be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4:00 pm. Please call if you require a Next Working Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.

Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in the desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.
