The Prestige programmable towel rails are manufactured using quality steel and fitted with the very best electrical heating elements, finished in a highly polished chrome. The tubes are 25 mm diameter for greater heat outputs. The British thermal unit ratings of our towel rails are carried out at the University of Milan. The IR electrical heating elements are designed to blend in with the towel rail and is controlled by the TT-IR allowing you to control when your towel rail is on/off and also allowing you to have more accurate control of your bathroom temperature.

What is the warranty of the radiator?

        15 Years on the radiator , 2 years on the element and wireless controller.

 

What are the different timer function used for?

            With the element switched on it will then automatically search for a signal from the TT-IR controller. This controller can be programmed manually to your desired settings during the day and week. You can also use the automated settings built into this wireless controller. These automated settings include frost protection setting of 5C-15C the temperature defaults to 7C out of peak periods, this is ideal when your away for a few days. The economy setting ensures a room temperature range of 10C-30C and defaults back to 15C out of peak periods, recommended for everyday use. The comfort setting is for those that like a warmer room the temperature is set between 10C and 30C and out of peak periods it defaults and maintains 19C room temperature.

 

What is the range of the wireless controller? 

          The range of this controller is 10m (just over 32ft) The controller should be positioned in the same room as the radiator and positioned 1.5m (5ft) above the floor. The controller can be freestanding or used with the wall mount provided. Please note the controller should not be near a heat source or an open window!

Delivery Charges
All deliveries have a standard charge of £8.50 + VAT up to 20kg. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only*). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery*

Extra Charges
Where the weight is over 20kg we reserve the right to charge more dependent on product type and delivery postcode, our customer service team will be in touch and inform you of any extra charges before we despatch.

Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Working Day - these products will be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4:00 pm. Please call if you require a Next Working Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.

Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in the desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.

Saturday Deliveries
We can arrange for a Saturday delivery for certain products, please call 01977 663331 for more details.
