Methods Of Payment Taken At CNM Online
Credit/ Debit Card:
CNM Online can accept payments by most major credit or debit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro) via our payment processing system, Sage Pay. When placing your order online, you should select the ‘credit card’ payment option. We are part of the Verified by Visa/ MasterCard Secure Code scheme, so once you have entered your card details, you will be diverted to the appropriate system to verify your password, if you want to bypass the ‘Verified by VISA’ processing screen you will need to call the Sales team so they can take your payment over the phone on 01977 663 331. When our payment processing team has checked your transaction, your order will be completed and delivered in accordance with the delivery schedule listed on your item.
PayPal:
CNM Online are able to accept payments made via Pay Pal. Please select the PayPal option at the checkout where you will be diverted to your PayPal account. Please note, that due to PayPal regulations, once your payment has been made we will be unable to alter the delivery address for your order, so please make sure you check the delivery address is correct before finalising your order.
Also enjoy 0% interest for 4 months on purchases over £99 with PayPal or pay later with Pay in 3. Complete your purchase with the first payment today and then the remaining payments are taken automatically. Available for purchases of £30-£2,000. Cheque/ Pro-forma:
If you would like to pay via cheque, or if you need a pro-forma before you can make a payment, please select the cheque/ Pro-forma payment method. When you complete the order, a copy of your order acknowledgement (or pro-forma) will automatically be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order. Simply print off the invoice and post it together with your cheque to our office address. Your order will be dispatched and delivered in accordance with the delivery schedule on the item (s) when the payment is received and has fully cleared.
If you would like to make a payment by BACS or CHAPS please order the usual way and choose proforma at checkout bank account information will be displayed on the invoice you receive. Please use your CNM Online order ID as your reference number. Please note international customers must pay all charges for these transfers, both charges for the transfer out and charges to CNM Online for receiving the payment.
If you are transferring money from an overseas account the bank account information form includes the IBAN and BIC code, again it is essential that you select to cover all charges, both for making the payment and for CNM Online to receive the payment.
Telephone Order:
If you would rather give your card details to a person than put it in to the computer, please select 'Call me'. A copy of the invoice will be emailed across to you so you can check the details are correct and a member of staff will call you within normal office hours on the contact telephone number you provide to take the payment from you over the telephone. When our payment processing team has checked your transaction, your order will be completed and delivered in accordance with the delivery schedule listed on your item.
Please note: You do not need to process the order yourself on the internet, our Sales team staff are standing by and they can both advise you on products to purchase to suit your needs and guide you through the whole order to taking the payment from you over the telephone.
Approved 30 day credit Account:
If you are a government funded body (i.e. councils, schools, colleges, NHS establishments etc) you have a pre- approved 30 day credit trade account, so all you need to do to order with us is complete this form then fax or email these over together with a copy of your official purchase order (with the product details and the correct delivery price). We can then put the order on our system for you. You may choose to place the order yourself via the website but you will still need to fax/email the contact details and official purchase order to us . If you have already placed the order on-line please include a reference to your order number.
The purchase order option is also available to business users who have an up to date, active Trade Account with CNM Online, again we would need a copy of an official purchase order.
Please note- we require the delivery charge to be listed on your order. Details of the delivery charges can be found on our terms and conditions.
If you would like to apply for a trade account, please click here. You will need to complete the whole form and fax or email this back to us. We understand that many orders are time critical and we would normally endeavour to have your credit account open within two hours.
Google Checkout:
CNM Online are able to accept payments made via Google Checkout. Please select the Google Checkout option at the checkout where you will be diverted to your Google Checkout account. Please note, that due to Google Checkout regulations, once your payment has been made we will be unable to alter the delivery address for your order, so please make sure you check the delivery address is correct before finalising your order.
Klarna Payment:
CNM Online are now able to offer Pay in 3 instalments with Klarna. Simply select Klarna upon checkout and pay in three monthly instalements to spread the cost! Terms and Conditions apply.
