Dexpro Delux 6ltr Unvented Digital Water Heater 2kW

The Dexpro Delux digital water heater has been designed to last, the steel water tank has a Blue Diamond Coating 100% rust proof, erosion proof ensures a higher energy efficiency and providing a longer life span.

The Dexpro digital water heater can deliver mains pressure hot water to more than one outlet.

This unit is economically friendly as the tank has an extremely dense free CFC-FREE insulation which if the power is turned off o the unit the water temperature will still be maintained for up to 48 hours.

Is the Dexpro Delux water heater tank glass lined?

The dexpro water tank is made of steel and lined with Blue Diamond Enamel. This enamel is rust proof, a quality water tank designed to last. We offer a minimum of 2 years warranty on the tank!

Is this water heater easy to install?

Yes, the Dexpro is supplied with steel wall mounting bracket and fixings. Pre-wired and requires a 13A power supply. See download tab for the manual and installation diagram

What accessories are supplied with the Dexpro?

The Dexpro Digital Delux is supplied with: User Manual, Wall fixing kit, 2 x Dielectric junctions and 1 x Pressure Relief Valve to be installed on the cold water supply line and discharged to drain via tundish!

Do I need any accessories for installation?

Unvented water heaters can be plumbed straight into the cold water supply; and hot water supply directly to standard taps or mixer taps. However we would always recommend that this water heater is installed with the 2ltr Expansion Vessel. The expansion vessel may be required if the cold supply pipe is not long enough to allow for the expansion of water when it is heated inside the tank. Your plumber will be able to advise you best if the expansion vessel is required!

Do i need to use an expansion kit with the 6ltr Dexpro Delux?

For the 6ltr you do not need to use an expansion vessel if you have a minimum of 1.7m of 15mm copper pipe on the cold water side, this means there are no other draw off points in between the 1.7m copper pipe, this will allow the water to expand and contract naturally as its heated inside the tank

Can this water heater be plugged in?

In the UK all Electric water heaters require a 240-volt dedicated circuit, which serves only the water heater and no other appliances or devices, this is a UK standard for the safe installation of electrical wiring and equipment

What power supply do i need?

The current intensity of the 6, 10 and 15ltr is 13A

How many sinks will the 6ltr serve?

The Dexpro Delux has a Whirl-flow inlet this is designed to give 20% more heat output, therefore the 6ltr is suitable for 1-2 handwash basin or small sink

Delivery Charges
All deliveries have a standard charge of £8.50 + VAT up to 20kg. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only*). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery*

Extra Charges
Where the weight is over 20kg we reserve the right to charge more dependent on product type and delivery postcode, our customer service team will be in touch and inform you of any extra charges before we despatch.

Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Working Day - these products will be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4:00 pm. Please call if you require a Next Working Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.

Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in the desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.
