Do Fin radiators heat up using Microbore plastic pipes?
Microbore systems, typically using 8mm or 10mm plastic pipes, are a smaller diameter pipe compared to the traditional 15mm or 22mm copper pipework. Microbore systems have lower flow rates, considered to be a more energy efficient heating system. The Fin Radiators have been tested and work perfectly with Microbore boiler systems.

For both wall and floor mounted installations the wall to pipe centres are 90mm.
Can the Finns be mounted on the wall?
Yes the Finns can be mounted on the wall "Horizontally" or "Vertically".
Can you use the Finns for all central heating?
The Finns can be easily plumbed into your central heating system. The Finns are ideal for heating areas under seating and smaller spaces where its difficult to fit a standard radiator. The Finn radiators will last for many years and certainly make a fantastic feature in any room around the home or commercial space!
What's type of paint can be used for the Finns?
Metal primer paint should always be applied first then finished with any heat resistant type radiator paint!
Are the Finns noisy when they are working?
Very silent, zero noise in operation!
What valves do I need for this radiator?
The Finn radiators use standard 1/2 BSP fittings so all types of radiator valves are suitable. If the Finn is installed horizontally then you will need angled valves. If your pipes are coming from the wall, corner valves will be required.
Can you make bespoke Finns?
Yes, the Finns can be made to any length up to 4.2m, the connections can also be changed or moved on request. If you have a special design in mind we will certainly try to help.
